Wearmin was formed as a result of the acquisition of the previously known FLSmidth Hose and Rubber division by Marius Snyman, Owner and Director of Wearmin Pty Ltd. The acquisition occurred in Q3 2024 and comprised the full business unit including staff and all product lines manufactured at their long-standing manufacturing facility at Carole Park, Queensland, Australia.
The team at Carole Park has over 200 years of combined Hose and Wear Protection application, design and manufacturing experience. With the acquisition our valued customers and suppliers will still be dealing with the same team, supplying the same service and products manufactured at the same facility, but with a new brand name.

The business history dates back to 1987, when Jet-Line Rubber was established in South East Queensland. In 1997, CMI/Ludowici acquired Jet-Line Rubber, followed by the acquisition of Ludowici by FLSmidth in 2012. The business has remained under FLSmidth until its acquisition by Wearmin in Q3 2024.
This business has developed its expertise through 37 years of experience in application, design, and manufacturing.
